MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manages and oversees the branch and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities.

  • Conducts daily operation assessments to ensure growth of the branch.

  • Monitors daily production and releases of the branch and provides updates of the branch operations status.

  • Plans, creates and implements programs/process for branch employees and clients actively participates in them.

  • Maintains business partnership between the company and its business partners such as loan consultant, second hand car dealer, and the other organizations.

  • Conducts final checking and review of loan application, Credit Approval Memorandum and loan documents.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably with degree in Business management, Sales or Marketing or other related course.

  • With at least 1-2 years work-related experience in finance or sales field, two years of which is in a Supervisory capacity.

  • Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.

  • Must have basic credit knowledge
